YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been received, we will process it and send you email updates with important information about your order to the email provided at checkout.  The first email you will receive is a confirmation email; this includes the order number, order status and other important information about your order. After your order has been shipped you will also receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date, if applicable.

You may also receive an additional email with subject: order information needed,  in case the we runs into difficulties while processing your order.

 

ORDER STATUS

The Order status refers to the standing of the order once it is received. The order status could be either, received or shipped. The processing time of you order, the time between it is received, processed and shipped, takes approximately up to two business days.

The order status of your order can be found in the email notifications of you order.

All our US orders are delivered through FedEx, or USPS for a quicker and easier tracking of your order please go to the respective tracking page where your order can be tracked using different options.

Where is your tracking number?

MAGNO provides you with email updates about you order to the email address provided at check-out. Once your order has shipped we will send you a shipment confirmation email with your orders information and tracking number.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Confirmed orders through our website cannot be cancelled or changed. Please see the Return process for further assistance. 

 

Please note that your order might be cancelled for the following reasons;

Unavailability of item(s)

Inability to process payment information

Incorrect or error in the shipment address 

 

In the event of your order being cancelled for any of these aforementioned reasons we will send you an email with the steps to follow.

RETURN PROCESS

RETURN POLICY

 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed. All purchased underwear must be unworn and in perfect condition. Also, tags must be attached and items must be returned in the original unopened package for us to be able to process the return.

  *Please note that returns are NOT available on Sale & Clearance merchandise. All these items are considered final sales.

RETURNS METHODS

FedEx Pre-Paid Return shipping

​

Steps to follow:

1.  Verify each boxer should be in their original, unopened product packaging, unworn and in perfect condition with all tags       attached. 

 

2.Pack the product(s) packages securely in the original mailing packaging. Please ensure to include all documents, tags and labels that came with the package. 

 

3. Contact us at magnounderwear@gmail.com so that we can provide you with:

  •             Return/Exchange form 

  •             Return shipping label 

 

4. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form, stating the reason for return, and include it in the package.

​

5. Send the package via FedEx by taking it to the closest FedEx shipping location, or by dropping it at an authorized FedEx mail drop point.

​

       *A fixed shipping rate of $XXX will be deducted from your refund.

​

       **Refunds will be made to the same card (method) used for payment.

​

Standard Return Shipping:

​

1. Verify each boxer should be in their original product Packaging, unworn and in perfect condition. 

 

2. Pack the product(s) packages securely in the mailing packaging. Please make sure to include all documents, Tags and labels that came with the package. All products must be unworn / unused, packed in their original product bag and tags must be attached, for us to provide you credit.

 

3. Contact us at magnounderwear@gmail.com so that we can provide you with:

              Return form :  Fill out the return’s form, stating reasons for return, and include it in the package.

 

4. Please  return the package to the following address:

5. Pay for shipping services.  We Do Not Accept C.O.D. deliveries, thus all return shipping charges must be paid in full.

Please consider:

​

  • MAGNO is not responsible for any items lost by the shipping company. We can only process returns from merchandise that we receive at our return address. 

​

  • We can only refund returns received within 30 days of the date the order was placed. You should consider this when selecting the shipping service.

​

  • To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip. With the following information;

​

                Order number

                Name, full address, daytime phone number, 

                Email address used for the receipt

                Date of purchase

                Payment method

 

  • Refunds will be credited to the same card (method) used for payment.

 

 

Exchanges:

​

To exchange a product please pick from one of the previous shipment options and follow the procedures. In the Return/Exchange form please indicate that it is an exchange and state the reason for the exchange. All exchanged product(s) will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding the return shipment charge) and we will place a new order for the desirable replacement product(s). 

MAGNO cannot ensure that the product you want to exchange will be in stock or available at the time of the exchange process. We recommend you purchase the desired product while it is still available and continue with the return process of the product you already purchased.

WRONG STYLE/PRODUCT

Did we make a mistake?

 

Do not worry; MAGNO will do their best to get you the underwear you deserve.

Please contact us before returning the product if we shipped you the wrong item. This is important for us to instruct you in what steps to follow. If you do not contact us prior to returning the product we might not be able to refund you with the shipping cost.

​

    *MAGNO is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrapping, and other additional charges for returned items.

​

Things to consider:

​

Shipping cost will be refunded if the return is subject to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Items returned can be tracked through the FedEx shipment tracking website.
